Check out the brand new dream pop single from guitar-heavy psych rockers Mute Swan of Tucson, AZ below, plus info about their first full length vinyl release!

After a four year recording process, desert psych rockers Mute Swan are ready to share their album and first full length vinyl release, Only Ever, on February 5th via Salty Dog Records (Australia) and PIAPTK (Tucson). The production of this release incorporated more experimental techniques than previous albums, including mellotron and omnichord sampling and re-recorded instrumental melodies fed through tape recorders. The resulting sound is a carousel of auditory illusions, distorting time and spatial awareness for a sound you can get truly lost in.

Mute Swan's brand new single, "Life-like Dream", is about the transition from ego illusion, and what's left of a person after the ego is gone. 

The band will celebrate the release with a virtual live-stream listening party, 8 pm MST on Friday, February 5th. The vinyl will be playing in an installation at the Catalyst Art Space in the Tucson Mall and streaming on the Mute Swan Youtube channel.
